Most items may be returned for credit within 20 days from the ship date.

To initiate the return, e-mail our customer service at info@topflashlights.com to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.).

We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. All returns must clearly show our RA# on the outside of the package. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. 

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. You must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, your account will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the item less a restocking fee of $6.95 per item or 18% - whichever is greater.

For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Please remember that the customer is responsible for providing the correct product information when the order is placed.

We cannot accept the return of certain items, including (but not limited to):

* Batteries, closeouts, special orders and other products, as noted on product sales literature.

* No partial case pack items will be accepted. If you return a case pack item, it must be returned in the original shipping pack with all individual items unopened.

* Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
