Shipping Information to the United States We ship all our products via UPS. All orders are processed as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. However, shipping time varies depending on the shipping method of your choice and destination.
We offer the following UPS services for orders to the United States:
Backorders In a rare event when an item is temporarily out of stock, we will backorder it which may take up to 2-6 weeks.
Canceling a Backorder When an item is backordered you may cancel it at no charge within 5 days from the day of receiving an e-mail notifying about the backorder, however if you cancel after that period of time you will be charged a restocking fee of $6.95 per item or 18% - whichever is greater. If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail us with details of cancelled items at support@topflashlights.com - written notice required
Canceling an Order
You can cancel an order after you've completed it, provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment. To cancel after your order is completed, please e-mail us support@topflashlights.com - written notice is required We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
